Here you can find an overview of a typical hiring process at heycar. All interviews will take place either via a call, video chat or in-person at our fantastic office spaces.
This is a first interview with a member of our talent acquisition team where you'll learn more about heycar and our company values. We'll also take you through the full interview process, your salary expectations and any other questions you might have. It's also a chance for us to get to know you better, and find out what excites you about joining heycar.
At the next stage, you'll meet the hiring manager, and have an in-depth chat about the role, your skills and past experiences. It'll be your chance to ask them questions about the team and opportunity.
We may ask you to complete a task-based challenge to help us get an idea of how you approach problem solving. It'll also give you a view of the types of projects you could be working on day-to-day.
As a final step, you'll get the chance to meet members of your future team!
After completing your probation period at heycar, you'll get a prepaid SpenditCard which we will load up with a sum of money each month. All our employees receive one of these: from interns to working students and full-time employees.
